Ian Atkinson offers full-day and half-day mediations for a flat fee (inclusive of prep time and follow-up).

Ian regularly mediates all types of disputes, including as a member of the Hurricane Ida neutral panels for the Orleans Parish Civil District Court and the Eastern District of Louisiana. He was trained as a mediator at Pepperdine Law School’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Outside of mediation, he is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, focusing on civil litigation, criminal law, and tax representation. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law (Order of the Coif and Virginia Law Review) and recently obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a former law clerk for Hon. Sarah S. Vance (E.D. La.) and Hon Edith Brown Clement (U.S. 5 Circuit). He is currently a partner with Schonekas, Evans, Mcey & McEachin.
